SUMMARY
Plasma-Wayland is working well on my 4K screen & I'm getting 60 FPS 😇
But I'm still sometimes getting random black screens when I try to
login. Any ideas why? I'm using Kubuntu 19.10 on an AMD Ryzen5 2400G
APU.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Plasma-Wayland
2. Put screen settings to 4K @ 60 fps
3. Login. Use a 4K LG TV.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes random black screen. Need to reboot.

EXPECTED RESULT
4K @ 60 fps
