STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the following link with Firefox
https://wallpaperaccess.com/full/112752.jpg
2. drag the wallpaper and drop it on desktop
3. click on "Set image" option of the context menu
4.. right click on wallpaper, select "Configure desktop..."

OBSERVED RESULT
current wallpaper is not highlighted with blue border

EXPECTED RESULT
current wallpaper is highlighted with blue border

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue does not occur when the wallpaper is dragged from Dolphin.

fixed on Plasma 5.18. :)
