I think I can confirm this, however I have a slightly different screen setup: My main screen is top right of my second screen. On my second screen yakuake opens perfectly fine, but on the main screen nothing happens. I also have it set to "at mouse location". Even if I change it to show up on the main screen, it won't show up… for me, it now works with 5.19. Does it work now for you @Hamish? Do you have a second panel on a screen other than the main screen? Because I had removed that panel earlier and then it worked.
