SUMMARY
Kate slowly becomes programming editor good to have better managing of bookmarks.
Anyway would be nice to have bookmark toolview to navigate between marked points in code just clicking into entries placed in such view. I wasn't able to find any after I Settings -> Plugins.

This is a nice idea. Currently, bookmarks are only added to the Bookmarks menu.
