the battery symbol with a vertical bar

SUMMARY
Sometimes the battery symbol in the system bar has a vertical end, sometimes it  is diagonal. 

I can't reproduce when which of those is shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be only one battery symbol, consistently designed.

Re-assigning to Breeze theme. This appears by design for the smaller icon variant to provide "more finegrained steps" but it looks odd. The larger one is always slanted.

I think it would be a good idea to always use the non-slanted version, as it hard to identify at the slanted version how low the battery is.
