The view for institutes, accounts and categories contains corresponding buttons, the view for scheduled transactions does not, which is helpful for many entries.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kmymoney
2. open view for scheduled transactions 
3. open view for institutes

OBSERVED RESULT
You can see the described issue

EXPECTED RESULT
The view for planned transactions should also have buttons to collapse and expand
