Confirmed. Thanks for reporting. This is an AppImage issue. 
On Windows it opens the browser with the Bugzilla page.

This seems to be fixed (works for me with 20.12.2). Can you please test?

Yes it works on the 20.12.2 AppImage: the Launch Bug Report now opens the browser on BugZilla page. This report can be closed.
