It's always helpful to phrase bug reports in terms of what problem you're experiencing rather than jumping straight to the proposed solution, because often it's not clear to the developers what problem your solution would solve. Can you explain what problem you're having with Okular that has made you propose this as a solution? Full-Page is too small to read and Full-Width requires too much scrolling. I don't think this proposed new mode would make sense to add, especially if we can't name and explain it using human-friendly words.
