SUMMARY
It is currently possible to change intensity, colour and contrast of disabled widgets, but that affects their background.
However, it is not possible to change text colours without affecting the background.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings, Colours, edit a set, choose "Disabled"
2. Intensity, Colour and Contrast are available for changes

OBSERVED RESULT
These settings affect entire widgets

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected a setting to only change text colour
