Using SSHFS limits KDE Connect to just Linux Operating System.
As a fallback, we need a SFTP Browser to interact with the mobile FileSystem remotely.
This fallback browser will the de-facto way to access filesystems on Windows and MacOS port for KDE Connect.

OBSERVED RESULT

On Linux: use SSHFS
On Windows: use a third party application like WinSCP to furnish the SFTP interface
On MacOS: <please populate this>

EXPECTED RESULT

SFTP Browser kicks in when the desktop does not have SSHFS (or if the SSHFS way fails on Linux)

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with KDE Connect 25.12.2.
