SUMMARY
Dolphin fails to copy files over ftp in some cases

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to an ftp server
2. Copy over a directory with contents, where that directory already exists with different contents
3. Choose apply for all and skip

OBSERVED RESULT
The new subdirectories created (if there's no non-english characters, which case it fails), but content of the dirs aren't copied over
EXPECTED RESULT
New directories created, and contents copied over
