SUMMARY
When screen is locked manually or after resume it takes > 30 sec to start kscreenlocker_greet. Version 5.17.4.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock a screen. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Long long wait till password field appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
Immediate start with functional password field.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.17.4

Cannot reproduce in Plasma 5.22. Can you try again with 5.22 and se eif it still happens? Thanks!

I don't use KDE any more. Many more Qt applications were affected. Now with qt5-base 5.15.2+kde+r196 none is affected.
