SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. New clear install neon-user-20191226-1116.iso.

2. I discovered the lack of the kaccounts module. Since there was an error in the control panel. Installed the module.
sudo apt install kio-gdrive
sudo apt install kaccounts-providers
sudo apt install qml-module-org-kde-kaccounts

3. Rebooted the PC completely. Since the control panel has recently behaved inappropriately.

4. Launched a control panel. I went to network accounts -> add new accounts -> chose google. And after three attempts, I was able to see the login and password entry window. In previous attempts, only a white window appeared. Authorized and then received the message "this app isn't verified".

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no way to log in through KAccounts. In earlier, authorization worked.

EXPECTED RESULT
Log in to Google, connect the storage as a network folder.

Same here, seems like google did this to a lot of applications, seems like KDE KAccounts Provider needs verification on Google side.
