SUMMARY Trying to install kdevelop on Mac OS Catalina with brew fails, because kdevelop-pg-qt can't be built.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. brew install kdevelop

I have to add that brew install kdevelop-pg-qt --HEAD completes and the compilation is successful.

Given you said brew install kdevelop-pg-qt --HEAD fixed it for you, the latest release 2.2.1 of kdevelop-pg-qt includes those commits at the time, which is the Qt 514 build fix.
So closing now as fixed (brew recipes needs of course to have 2.2.1 set to be used  with kdevelop-og-qt when using Qt 5.14).
