I think the crash is due to the plasma notification stack overflowing. The crash happens exactly when the notifications get to 5 high. This happens with other widgets too. Something to do with the notifications. Often crashes when mouse passes over the notifications. The notification isn't the cause, closing the notification merely causes the widget to be actually deleted, where it then crashes. Seems to crash in qqc2-desktop-style or thereabouts. The ToolButton code was rewritten to make better use of the QStyle properties, and we haven't seen any crashes like it since. Can anyone still reproduce this crash with Frameworks 5.76 or later?
