SUMMARY
I noticed that "Save" icons (after it was added to toolbar) be active even if no thing was done (adding new annotations for example) to be saved !

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add "Save" icon to Okular toolbar <okular_part> from "Configure Toolbars" under "Settings"
2. restart Okular
3. Try to open an e-book

OBSERVED RESULT
"Save" icons be active even if no thing was done (adding new annotations for example) to be saved !

EXPECTED RESULT
"Save" icon should only be active when (after) there was(were) something added to be saved.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 30 X64 bit Cinnamon edition.

I test this on version 1.10 (flatpak from FlatHub) &  still existing till now.
