Created attachment 124642 [details]
Screenshot of the LibreOffice settings for the toolbar icons.

SUMMARY

For Breeze there are three different icon sets for the toolbar:
* Breeze
* Breeze (SVG)
* Breeze dark

Breeze and Breeze dark look blurry on HiDPI. Only Breeze (SVG) is fine, though there is no Breeze Dark (SVG) version.
Additionally I don't see a reason why there's Breeze if there's Breeze (SVG), which should be the default for the light theme.

Please have a look at the screenshot.

This is out of our hands; these icon themes come from LibreOffice directly. You'll need to report this to them.
