That's not the "Forbidden" cursor, that's the "This will totally work" cursor. From Dolphin's perspective, the drag is going to succeed. This seems to be a bug in Discord for now handling it properly. Please file it with them. Thanks! Seems like i didnt check the screenshot i took properly.
