SUMMARY
Turning on blur background in konsole under wayland displays the blurred content next to the actual window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start plasma under wayland
2. Edit konsole's current profile to enable background blur and set some translucency

OBSERVED RESULT
A new rectangular region appears next to the window with minor overlap with the original, blurring the content underneath it. By moving the window around, the blur region moves by a different amount, so it is likely to be due to some offset error. Maximizing the window results in the desired effect.

EXPECTED RESULT
Blurring should happen 'under' the actual window
