Add languages... OBSERVED RESULT Flickering popup where the languages are selected EXPECTED RESULT No flickering and ability to actually select the language SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: 5.3.12-1-MANJARO (64 bit) KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.3-1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.64.0 Qt Version: 5.13.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION New here, don't know where to file this bug
