oprn kickoff animation

SUMMARY
i'm on kde plasma git version, i'm using plasma wayland session.
after this commit:

https://github.com/KDE/kwin/commit/9f7a856d236f9f2496c5bacfae53e8b4b97f2b58

all panel applets open and close animation not working.like kickoff and calendar.

hmum, I can't reproduce on Arch running Plasma 5.18 beta.
