Yakuake has an option to auto-hide the window when it loses focus. I would like to use this option for Konsole's background mode.

like a 

bash -c   konsole --background-mode 

to unhide / hide / unhide etc. with the same global shortcut might make sense. But let us not use gamified apps like yakuake as a role model in KDE.
