There is a checkbox to reverse scrolling direction, but it applies to both vertical and horizontal scrolling. I want two separate checkboxes so that I can reverse only horizontal or vertical scrolling.

Sorry, Libinput doesn't offer this feature so we can't expose it in our GUI. You can request it at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/issues/.
