Try resetting the tablet settings. Wacom's driver sometimes corrupts the tablet settings file and then Krita cannot get a tablet context. You also might want to check whether using windows ink works better. Instead of restarting your PC, you can go to ctrl+alt+delete, select Task Manager, select Advanced if you don't have advanced options already, go to Services and restart the service called WTablet or WTabletPro. I was often doing that for my Intuos Pro after hibernation (because the driver somehow doesn't like hiberation).
