SUMMARY

If gwenview plays a video, it is not possible to move to certain time by clicking the specific position at the timeline.
Instead it jumps a second forward only.

I can confirm this in 25.08.0 (and it is quite annoying).

You can fast forward if you hold the timeline pressed, but a click anywhere just skips a few seconds, instead of the desired time.
