I was pasting a bit larger amount of data from DrKonqi (some hundred lines) into browser GMail when krunner crashed.

I tried to paste some data now into GMail but KRunner didn't crash this time.

This is actually Bug 414805, which is semi-random. That's why you didn't see it again.
