SUMMARY
When saving files, sometimes GTK filepicker is still used instead of qt/KDE one.
When this occurs it will keep happening for each file saved until browser is closed and opened again.

This has nothing to do with this extension.
Please report this to your distribution or Firefox which still to this day don't have proper native file dialog support.
I actually have the issue on neon that the KDE file dialog does not show at all when I run it with GTK_USE_PORTAL=1, only the Gnome one works.
