STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Dolphin
3. drag a folder/file and drop it on desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
a popup showing copy/move here and other options opens in a position different of cursor position.

EXPECTED RESULT
the context menu should open in cursor position

Cannot reproduce on neon unstable.
