Firefox icon blinks during zoom in and zoom out

SUMMARY
In my case it is Firefox icon. I believe that from Firefox 70 it has new icon, but during zoom animation this new icon is getting replaced by previous one for short period. Please, look at the attachement.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into latte's appearance settings and and choose zoom animation value >= 5%
2. Move mouse cursor across launcher (in my case no matter whether it pinned or not)
3. For some range of launcher sizes its icon changes and then changes back

OBSERVED RESULT
Launcher changes its size and displayed icon

EXPECTED RESULT
Launcher changes only its size

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20191119
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.64.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1
Kernel Version: 5.3.11-1-default
OS Type: 64-bit

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also I can reproduce it without zoom animzation, only by set panel absolute size to values between 37 and 40 px (37 <= size <= 40). For sizes 36 and 41 there is correct icon displayed.

This is intentional. At different sizes Latte is using different icons in order to look crisp and not blurred, this icon theme responsibility to provide.

The issue is probably with your icon theme that for some sizes provides the old icon or the old icon for some sizes has not been unistalled.

OR you need to clear your icon cache and restart your plasma desktop afterwards. kbuildsycoca5 --no-incremental

I suppose this is fixed from user side...
