Can't reproduce. Installed plasma-browser-integration and google-chrome on Manjaro-KDE 18.1.2 and it just worked. You cannot run the host binary from commandline, it is launched by the browser. For some additional debug info you could go to chrome://extensions, enable "developer mode" in the top right and then click "check views: Background page" on the Plasma Integration extension and look for any errors there, most importantly "Host disconnected" messages. Perhaps ask your distro for support. |
