SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Start Krita and connect the Tablet
2.Open a canvas
3.Use the tablet, the preassure and tablet functions doesn't work

OBSERVED RESULT
Any function of the tablet doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
The functions of the tablet will work.

Windows: Windows 10 Pro (Version 1903)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When I use the tablet in krita, it doesn't recognize. The preassure or the tablet's buttons don't work. But when I am using another program to draw, for example SAI, the tablet works well.

Hi, in cases like that it's better to first contact Krita developers on other users to get support instead of reporting a bug. If this version didn't recognize tablet pressure at all, it wouldn't be released.

Please check out those tips: https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions - especially the one about Windows 8+ Pointer. Make sure you click OK button after changing settings, if you don't see it, press alt+O.

Also try to first connect your tablet and then open Krita.

It's done, the drivers were broken so I needed to reinstall them. Now its
operation is correct as well as its functions. Thanks for the help. Next
time I will consider contacting Krita developers first or searching the
forum for my problem and trying to fix it before reporting a bug. Thanks
for your attention!
