Spectacle window without means to close it

There is no button to close Spectacle without saving/copying captured screenshot.

There should be an option to close window without xkill/kill or "Close on copy/save".

Sorry I don't understand the problem you are facing.
Usually not every program has a dedicated close button as windows can be closed by the close window button in the titlebar. Additionally you can close the window by using the shortcuts ctrl+q or simply pressing Esc.

Not all window managers have a close button in the titlebar.
KSnapshot had a quit button.

It looks like you're using a window decoration theme that doesn't put a close button on the titlebar. This is a bug in that window decoration theme, or else a configuration issue if the set of titlebar buttons is configurable.

It's not necessary for every app to have a means of quitting in the window itself, because most window decoration themes provide a close button. If you are using one without such a button, this is considered an advanced use case and we expect you to know about the universal Alt+F4 keyboard shortcut to close the window. In addition, Speciacle also closes its window with the Escape key.
