SUMMARY
Shortcut created via Global Shortcuts / Application Launchers doesn't launch application

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Setting / Global Shortcuts / Application Launchers
2. Click + button and add KSysGuard
3. Add shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Esc
4. Apply
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
System Monitor should be opened

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1

Also tried on Neon stable and shortcut didn't work either

Also when I close System Settings and reopen it, application is now called "Launch KSysGuard". Not sure why?
