I can confirm this crash for the conditions reported, using the 4.3.0 prealpha (git 2c21a4c) appimage. If I use a Gaussian Blur filter layer, I can't induce a crash, despite many and complicated attempts. With the Colour Adjustment filter layer, it happens on the second deletion of the added transparency mask. We did fix a number of issues in the layer stack that were causing crashes recently, though. Could you please check whether this problem is still present in the latest stable appimage build?
