SUMMARY
Tried following the steps here: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/stable/user_manual/files/access_webdav.html?highlight=webdav#accessing-files-with-kde-and-dolphin-file-manager.  Still can't connect to Nextcloud via WebDAV

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wish Online Accounts will setup Nextcloud WebDAV as soon as we login, which I mentioned on bug 413888

Not sure if this is the case, but the URL that popped up on my notification is webdavs://USER@example.com:443/nextcloud/remote.php/dav/files/USER/

FYI, I decided to make the URL look like an example for privacy reasons.
