SUMMARY
Devices like Display Link hubs are hot pluggable DRM devices that have no render capabilities of their own, but, allow outputs to be plugged into them.\

KScreen should detect such hot pluggable devices and enumerate and activate any outputs attached to such a device.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in Display Link hub
2. Attach monitor to display link hub


OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell does not extend to new output

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell should extend to new output

This is supported now, since 5.21 I think
