SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Wayland section 
2. Put a plasma panel on the top
3. Open yakuake

OBSERVED RESULT

The Yakuake panel in under the plasma panel

EXPECTED RESULT

The Yakuake panel is on top of the plasma panel. like on X11
