Screenshot of before closing the program and after opening.

I have noticed whenever I put in some tools onto the toolbar (specifically in the BrushesAndStuff section), they disappear when I restart the program.

To recreate this...

-Tools> configure toolbars> Put almost any tool (Ex. "Activate brush 1") into the toolbar.
-Close the program, then reopen
-In order to bring back the tools, configure toolbars> take out a tool and put it back into the toolbar.

I use Windows 10, and my current model of Krita is 4.2.7.1. Thank you.

I can confirm this issue on macOS.

The new tool is added to the list and shows after clicking "Ok/Apply" but on krita re-open the option does not show. however the option is correctly loaded in the right column of "added" tool options.

That's not so strange. These actions come from python scripts, and the python scripts are loaded after the main window and the toolbar is constructed.

Someone on the forum says they also get it with the reference images tool: https://krita-artists.org/t/reference-images-tool-disappearing-from-toolbar/11940

I noticed some similar thing. Any tool from “Toolbox” is disappeared in “Toolbar” after restart.

Krita version is 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 beta 2

This has been fixed in the meantime.
