STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kio-gdrive and add an account
2. Open Dolphin and go to the Google drive directory, copy a layout file into it.
3. Open the Latte Layout window and import the layout file above.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing is imported.

EXPECTED RESULT
It is imported.

this is qt/plasma responsibility...

I can accept patches if a kf5 library must be used instead of Qt default functions,
