SUMMARY

The device for Cintiq Pro 13 Touch is missing, it can be enabled by restarting Wacom Tablet service.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug-in Cintiq Pro 13
2. Run `kcmshell5 kcm_wacomtablet`
3. The touch module of the tablet is missing in the drop-down `Select Tablet`
