When I try to change shortcuts in Settings> Configure Shortcut> Change Custom Shortcut Kdenlive crashes and closes by itself.

I did this normally on Linux Mint, but on Windows 10 version 1903 this error is happening.

For example, if I try to set a custom shortcut "D" to "Delete" Kdenlive crashes and closes by itself. This occurs for any custom shortcut.

Tested with 19.08.2 on Win7, Win10 18.09/19.03 and it works as expected. 

Which system language do you have on Windows? 
Which CPU, RAM, and graphic card do you have?

Can you please test again with the latest version (at the moment 20.12.2) and provide further information if it is still happening (such as system language on Windows, CPU, RAM, graphic card)?
