SUMMARY
The notifications system tray icon has a "Clear" menu item, but the clipboard menu does not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the context menu for the clipboard system tray icon

OBSERVED RESULT
You cannot clear the clipboard through the system tray icon menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
You can clear the clipboard through the system tray icon menu.

This has been implemented in Plasma 5.21.
