3 monitors properly configured

SUMMARY
will nor save configuration for 3rd - rotated monitor monitor 1 left side vga-1 1366x768 rotation 90 degrees clockwise. Monitor 2 center hdmi-1 1920x1080. Monitor 3 right side hdmi-2 1920x1080. monitor 2 and 3 configuration saved. After neon login Monitor 2 extends over part of monitor 1. video card is onboard intel chip

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. reconfigure monitors after login saves configuration
2. Reboot 
3. Login Monitor configuration not saved from last session must reconfigure monitors configuration used to save in neon 5.16

OBSERVED RESULT

monitor canfiguration not saved


EXPECTED RESULT

monitor congiguration saved
