SUMMARY

** No binary for Windows (stable or nightly build) are currently available for Windows at
https://userbase.kde.org/Lokalize#Downloading_Lokalize_binaries_for_Windows

(KDE Factory website returns 404 'not found' error for both variants)

** Same at https://kde.org/applications/office/org.kde.lokalize

** Info Github repository contains only the sources (https://github.com/KDE/lokalize/releases) and links https://userbase.kde.org/Lokalize for Windows binaries

Binary factory switched us from 32 bits to 64 bits and the URL changed subsequently

I've updated the links on Userbase
