SUMMARY
If notifications from phone are turned on, periodically I'm getting a notification for each file previously downloaded using yandex-browser on android. There are no such notifications on phone itself, so I beleive this is a kdeconnect bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable all notifications from phone on pc.
2. Install yandex-browser, download any file from web, swipe away the notification about it been downloaded.
3. Receive first (expected) notification from kdeconnect on pc.
4. Wait.

OBSERVED RESULT
Same notification will be shown repeatedly after certain time passes (usually from few hours to couple of days, can't estimate exact time).

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification is shown only once. No notifications are shown if there are no notifications on the device.

From that issue:

SUMMARY
Any notification on android for downloads sends multiple repeated notifications on PC until the download ends.
This doesn't negatively affect the phone, only the PC as I get bombarded with the notifications

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect phone & PC via KDE Connect
2. Download anything on phone

OBSERVED RESULT
Repeated notifications until download finishes

EXPECTED RESULT
A single notification when download starts, and optionally another when it finishes

This issue was present for a long time over multiple version of KDE connect (both Windows & Android), so it's not version specific or new.
