Message when konqueror starts - screenshot

SUMMARY
Running from CLI in terminal with specified URL as an arg raises a query about opening HTML documents

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open konsole
2. run `konqueror http://bugs.kde.org`
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Konqueror window opens but with a display asking what to do with document type HTML. Selecting open with Konqueror opens document in Firefox

EXPECTED RESULT
Open start web page for KDE Bugtracking System in Konqueror

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.
