This is most likely a compile time issue: either KMM was not configured to use aqbanking, or a recent enough version of aqbanking was not found.  If you compiled yourself, you can ask for help on one of the mailing lists, or at least post any error messages when configuring compiling.  If you are using a distribution's packaged version, then you need to file a bug with them.  Please let us know which it is.

Hi Jack,

Many thanks for your response. It is a precompiled kmymoney package from
the Arch repository. I use manjaro linux.

I checked the Arch repository and there seems to be a discussion about that
topic.

Feel free to reopen if Arch/Manjaro can't resolve it.
