SUMMARY
If your device is not found, closing and reopening the app, lately even force stop does not work. I have to use another phone to connect. Or restart my phone. Would be awesome if there was a refresh button which manually starts to search for the currently opened device

E.g. if I open KDE connect from another room and walk into the area I could connect

You can already refresh by pulling down on the device select screen.
