Description John E Wulff 2019-10-09 01:02:13 UTC
SUMMARY
Have recently installed OpenSUSE Leap 15.1 on a new HP laptop. Using KDE Discover for the first time. Wanted to install Thunderbird, which failed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover.
2. Applications > Internet > Mail
3. Click [Install] button on Thunderbird - then shows [Downloading] for about 10 minutes - then it shows [Install] again
4. I then clicked [Install] again expecting that the downloaded Thunderbird would now be installed. Instead it went back to 3. showing [Downloading] for 10 minutes - repeated this 3 times

OBSERVED RESULT
5. I clicked on Installed - Thunderbird was not shown as installed. It also does not show up in the KDE Application Launcher > Applications > Internet

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected Thunderbird to be installed

Can confirm. Clicking "Install" shows a passiveNotification message saying "Package not found". It installs just fine using the CLI package manager (`sudo zypper install MozillaThunderbird`).

This should be fixed now.
