SUMMARY
Sometimes when I work with an application (say Sublime Text) and I use mouse wheel to scroll the content, notification appears and mouse wheen no longer scrolls the content. As soon as notification disappears, I can scroll with mouse wheel again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Sublime Text (or Firefox)
2. Scroll with mouse wheel
3. Let any notification appear

OBSERVED RESULT
Content doesn't scroll when notification is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
You can scroll as usual.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon 5.16
(available in About System)

Qt Version: 5.12.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I doesn't happen every time. Maybe it is related to GTK applications. I'm using X11 session.
